Server / Waiter

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining experiences by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

• Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages

• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen

• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards

• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Process payments accurately using POS system

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members

• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience

• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous serving experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills for handling payments

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems

• Wine or beverage certification

• Knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions

• Bilingual abilities

• Fine dining experience
